The Judgement seat of Christ

As the world sit’s at the right and left hand of God, The Lord calls His court to order. Up from depths of hades, are brought forth the dead. The book of Life in appearance, shimmers with Gold pages, that only the Author of it can read it’s inscription. As the first goat on His left stands before the throne, he is sure that he has the perfect set of excuses as to why he should be able to enter the gates of Heaven.
“God, I know I have not been the best person, but look at what I have done for the poor. Surely you will not cast me from Your presence for some little errors that I have made. I did everything a good Christian should. I never drank, smoked, or treated anyone with disrespect. I was fair in my judgement of others and obeyed the law of the land.”

“Sir, you have welcomed the poor into your home, and that is all well and good, yet you lack Love.”
“what? What do you mean I lack love? What do call all my good deeds?”
“Your deeds were well intentioned, yet you refused to call me friend. Your business ventures and your family was more important to you than Me. My Word says: But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33 KJV. Yet you sought out the world and all it’s desires, and put yourself first. But I say: And Jesus answered and said unto him, thou shalt worship the Lord your God, and Him only shalt thou serve. Luke 4:8 KJV. You did a lot of serving, but you never served Me. Love is not an emotion, it is a person. And you missed the whole point of Christianity when you made it about deeds, instead of getting to know Me. I am Love, yet you struggled even to talk to me for a half hour. You never loved Me, so depart from my presence you wicked one.”

And two demons took the man from the presence of the Lord and threw him in the Lake of Fire, to be tormented forever. And as the Lord threw down His gavel He said, “Case closed.”
“Next.” Seated to His right was a sheep, who looked forlorn and frightened. He hung his head as he approached the bench.

“Your Majesty, I do not deserve to be here, for I have done wrong in Your sight. A lot of Your commands I did not follow, and I am ashamed to stand before you, because of what I have done. So tell me why am I here?

“My son you are here because I chose you from the foundation of the earth. My Word says: You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Psalms 139:13 NIV. You got to know me and asked me questions, you treated me as a friend, and you cared to know My inner most thoughts. Yes you made mistakes, but you did not forget me. And when those around you shunned my name, you stuck up for Me. Come and taste of My Glory for you are written on My heart.”

And so angels came and ushered Him into Heaven...

This is a good story. You do a nice job of setting the scene and pulling the reader in right away. Make sure you proofread before submitting. Ask someone to read it aloud to you and double check for punctuation errors (especially apostrophes, when to capitalize). You make some good points and back it with Scripture.

I really enjoyed your story.

Good descriptions of the characters. The dialogue was good as you showed what each character said. Then you showed their actions.
