Everyday, we all are faced with trials and tribulations of all different kinds and how we react may have a direct relation to our well being. If we remember as a Christian what the Bible tells us in 2 Samuel 22:33, " God is my strength and power; and he maketh my way perfect." it will help reduce our stress level.

Many medical reports tell us that stress can make our physical life very difficult at times. However, if we look to the the Holy Spirit for help, we will be filled with joy as we read in Romans 15:13, " Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost."

Whenever I experience a problem, I like to think of this statement of fact, " Remember you are too blessed to be stressed." We should daily thank the Lord for of all the blessing we receive, They maybe in the form of material blessings, physical blessing, or spiritual blessings as the Lord supplies our needs according to His timetable.

We may be concerned about something but let us remember, we should not let stress get control of our body and give us physical ailments. Lets us have a total faith on our Lord as he tells us to turn our burdens over to Him and not be stressed.

Only the Lord knows us and what lies ahead as He tells us in James 4:14, " Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow, For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away."

A very well thought out and articulated piece. I'm unsure if it relates closely enough to this weeks topic, but no matter...it's still a very meaningful read.
