Such a beautiful little poetic catechism ... a wonderfully stated witness...
No longer beating heart to heart
A wedge my sin creates,
But, thankfully, conviction comes
Releasing sin's dead weight.

Beautiful.
Both beauty and truth and witness in your lovely poem.
Penitence, thankfulness and praise could never be stated more beautifully. The warmth and sincerity of the author is evident throughout.
The last verse of the poem is my favorite, really great emotions tangled through this. I enjoyed it.

I'm going to have to quit writing poems. Great job. And congrats on the EC. Much deserved, with no doubts.
I knew this was a winner! Congrats on your placing.
