Praying for my city:
I’m reminded of you--
Reminded of you
‘Cause everywhere I go,
And in everything I do--
I’m thinking of you,
Thinking of you
Being a Missionary here is hard:
It’s a marathon of the heart--
But--Dear Lord I have to admit,
I have a yearning this Christmas:
Christmas is coming soon,
Coming so soon--
I want to go home,
I really want to go home--
‘Cause everywhere I go,
And in everything I do--
I’m thinking of you,
Thinking of you

Suddenly there’s a flash of light,
Its brightness breaks the night--
Look up at the Eastern sky,
Arise! Let the star arise!
Arise! Let the star arise!
Look up at the Eastern sky,
Arise! Let the star arise!
Christmas miracle--
Christmas miracle--
Look up at the Eastern sky,
It’s time to rise! It’s time to fly--
It’s time to rise! It’s time to fly--
home…
home…
home!
I can’t wait to get back,
Can’t wait to get back--
I’m thinking of you,
Thinking of you
I can’t wait to get back,
Can’t wait to get back--
I’m thinking of you,
Thinking of you

home…
home…
home!
Christmas miracle, I’m finally home!
Finally home!
Now everywhere we go,
And everything we do--
I’m here with you,
Here with you
Hearing the Preacher now is hard--
He’s preaching to us from his heart:
Jesus Christ will return again,
Make sure you’re ready to meet Him
Jesus Christ is coming soon,
Coming soon--
We want to go Home,
We really want to go Home
Because everywhere we go,
In everything we do--
We’re thinking of You,
Thinking of You
Look up at the Eastern sky,
Arise! Let The King arise!
Arise! Let The King arise!
Look up at the Eastern sky,
Arise! Let The King arise!
Rapture miracle--
Rapture miracle--
Look up at the Eastern sky,
It’s time to rise! It’s time to fly!
It’s time to rise! It’s time to fly!
Home…
Home…
Home!
Until the Great Day when The King returns,
We’ll work together for The Kingdom,
For The Kingdom,
For The Kingdom!
Righteousness, peace and joy--
Righteousness, peace and joy--
Righteousness, peace and joy!
Standing in simplicity,
Praying for our city:
I’m praying with you,
Praying with you…
Praying with you…
Christmas miracle.

Scripture References:
I long to see you again, for I remember your tears as we parted. And I will be filled with joy when we are together again.
+ 2 Timothy 1:4 (New Living Translation)
Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.
+ Hebrews 10:24-25 (New Living Translation)
“So if someone tells you, ‘Look, the Messiah is out in the desert,’ don’t bother to go and look. Or, ‘Look, he is hiding here,’ don’t believe it! For as the lightning flashes in the east and shines to the west, so it will be when the Son of Man comes.
+ Matthew 24:26-27 (New Living Translation)
We tell you this directly from the Lord: We who are still living when the Lord returns will not meet him ahead of those who have died. For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, the Christians who have died will rise from their graves. Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Then we will be with the Lord forever. So encourage each other with these words.
+ 1 Thessalonians 4:15-18 (New Living Translation)
And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven like a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.
I heard a loud shout from the throne, saying, “Look, God’s home is now among his people! He will live with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them. He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.”
+ Revelation 21:2-4 (New Living Translation)
For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit, because anyone who serves Christ in this way is pleasing to God and approved by men.
+ Romans 14:17-18 (New International Version)
