Some people will do anything to get money to get their Family and Friends gifts for Christmas. Some feel that if under the tree in not full of gifts, then they will not have a good Christmas.
At this busy time of year, some people shop lifts, just to supply gifts, while there are others who wait until the gifts are wrapped and put under the tree, and they sneak in and steal them.
I think it is time that we recognize the real reason for Christmas, and the motive behind the gift. Christmas is the day we celebrate the Birthday of our Lord, when God loved us so much that He sent His son to earth as a baby, born to a Virgin, so that we might be redeemed.
We thank God, for the Baby Jesus, and we try to remember His birth each year with this Christmas celebration, and since gifts were given to the Baby Jesus, we think it is only fitting to continue our gift giving.
How will you feel, when your birthday comes around, and everyone else gets a gift, but you? How will you feel when folks are celebrating or supposed to be celebrating your special day, and don't even give one thought to you?
Jesus left us with great words, that we should love one another, and we should do good for each other, So I do believe if we love others, and if we help the poor and needy, this will be the best gift that we can give to Jesus for His birthday.
So this Year, let us all go out and buy some gifts, for the poor, the homeless, and the widows and orphans, and let's share our love and a meal with them. For He said that If we give to the least of these, we have given to Him.
Let us give these precious gifts to Jesus so that He will see how much we appreciate His birthday.
Happy Birthday to Jesus
We're so glad You love us
We present our gifts to You
Filled with our love so true.
