Wow, really clever way of getting that scriptural point across! I'm sure kids would get it, also.
What a cute story! I love the imagination used here, as well as the message. I believe fifth graders would like it as well.

Love it, love it, love it. Very creative and a wonderful spiritual lesson. I think this story would be particularly engaging for kids. I think you had one minor typo, but that should not be a big deal at all.

Wow - great fun story and wonderful thought provoking ending! I too loved the narrator's voice throughout and the pace and how you interjected other children's names and whims. Very good writing!
This is not stupid as you had thought in your message on the messageboard hon.Your story was engaging and very thoughtprovoking without being preachy or too much. I relaly like the point you made here and liked your descriptions too as I felt I was there in class and cafetaria.:0) Great job. Other than the typo this is a VERY COOL story!!!Janice
This is a very creative story with a great message. I really like it!

This is AWESOME--I can't believe I'd missed it up until now. You're right--a full-length chapter book could easily be made from this extremely creative topic. Love the ending...love everything about this story.
