if you’re able to see what will be in your mind.
It’s often an action that many confuse,
without it, the chances are great that you’ll lose.
It’s easily measured and often corrected,
leaders who have it keep others connected.
For most it is simply the way that they see,
for some it’s about things that may not yet be.
Those who possess it are called on to lead,
instinctively aware of the way to succeed.
Those who don’t have it, without even knowing,
may never, if ever, know where they are going.
Its presence will parlay a cause or a dream,
the catalyst to every victorious team.
If you still haven’t guessed it, it could be because,
you’re focused on looking behind at what was.
If you need to go back for a couple more tries,
look with your mind, and not with your eyes.
THE ANSWER:
Our VISION is not just the gift of our sight,
but how we foresee things that someday we might.
