The light of dawn is trickling
Through the windows of life parting.
Before my very eyes,
A day quickly flies.
Twilight shall pass, Your mercies renew every morning.
Master, why does it matter?
That golden years add in number?
Days to speak in oracles,
The soul never ages.
Teach me season my days’ worth filled with wonder.
My soul, hear this, “Stand guard your heart.
Consider the works of Yahweh, and not depart.
Ascribe to reflect
Integrity, honour, respect.
Reckon to quest, your soul walk with God.”
To the youth of this day, listen well.
Value hard work, riches and wealth.
Strength of knowledge, crown
The number of your years, adorn.
With fruit of labour remembering your Maker.
The light of sunrise flick’ring
Through the windows of life, hark’ning.
I reckon to grow and see
Each day a new version of me.
Vibrant as Moses, Your mercies renew me every morning.

Great job!
Thank you,
Blessings~
What can I say but that I hear every note behind your words.
Truth and beauty softly played, then a rise, then ending that lingers in the mind.
