Man's Most Important Decision
We are very fortunate to live in a country where we have freedom to make the decisions that effect our lives. When we were children our parents made most of our early life decisions but after high school graduation, the burden to decide the path of our life became our decision. 
Many things faced us as we moved into adulthood and most of us enjoyed the challenges and met them head on. Were we going on to college to expand our education, or did we go into the work force? Maybe the armed forces military draft made a decision for us, which we had no control? A major decision of whom we would marry and spent our life presented itself, as did in what part of this great nation would we reside.
Yes, we faced a world of decisions then and to this day, as we age, new challenges of all sorts enter our life. Do we try to make all the decisions or look to the government for answers? We live in a country that is proud of it's many freedoms. including the "Freedom Of Religion". However, some say that means freedom from religion and they leave God out of any decision they may face in life.  
Let us stop and think and meditate on this subject as we look at what God's Word the Bible, the world's most read book, has to say about our SOUL. When God created the earth and heavens we find in Genesis 2:7 " And the Lord God formed man from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living SOUL ." We were made different than any other creature as God gave us a Soul that lives on for eternity. Will we make a decision to live for our gracious and loving Lord Jesus Christ and accept Him as our Savior and rejoice as Psalm 16: 7-9 ." Return unto thy rest O my SOUL, for the Lord hath dealt bountifully with thee. For thou hast delivered my SOUL from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling. I will walk before the Lord in the land of the living."
Of all the decisions we make in our life, do not make this decision without prayer or take it lightly, remember God is supreme. Romans 13: 1 and 2, " Let every SOUL be subject unto the higher powers, for there is no power but of God, the powers we are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power; resisteth the ordinance of God, and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation."
Trust we make a wise decision and become one of the Lord's servants.

This is a powerful piece. You make some great points in this mini sermon. The only thing I might suggest is to tell it in the first person, sharing your decisions and how you came to them. That way the reader could really relate to it more. If you feel comfortable doing that, I'd encourage you to enter the testimony contest. You have such a passion in your words and I'd love to see your message reach as many people as possible--the testimony book may just be that venue. God bless and keep writing!
