My child, the cares of this world lie heavy on your heart. So much suffering, pain, disease and brokenness. You absorb anxiety every waking moment.
I see your world. I observe the unrest all around you...broken families, a failing economy, wars, terrorism, famine, and disease. I know your fears for the future. I know all that troubles you. It comes as no surprise to Me. But remember, I am still in charge. I am the certainty in your uncertain world.
The burdens of your friends and family weigh you down. They are in My hands. Breathe in My peace; exhale all fear. You have placed them there through my command.
“Casting the whole of your care—all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all—on Him; for He cares for you affectionately, and cares about you watchfully.” I Peter 5:7 (Amplified Bible)
“Cast your burden on the Lord (releasing the weight of it) and He will sustain you; He will never allow the (consistently) righteous to be moved—made to slip, fall or fail.” Psalm 55:22 (Amplified Bible)

According to Wikipedia, “breathing is one of the few bodily functions which, within limits, can be controlled consciously and unconsciously. It is not possible for a healthy person to voluntarily stop breathing indefinitely.”
To remain healthy--exhale all your burdens, all your concerns, casting your burdens on Me. Inhale; breathing in My life and My peace into your spirit. This is not a daily experience but a minute by minute requirement. I know how to care for My children.
Feeling the weight? Breathe!
“Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything by prayer and petition (definite requests) with thanksgiving continue to make your wants known to God. And God's peace (be yours, that tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation through Christ, and so fearing nothing from God and content with its earthly lot of whatever sort that is, that peace) which transcends all understanding, shall garrison and mount guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7 (Amplified Bible)
