“God, this year I ask that you would give me a vision for my life that is bigger than I am or can imagine.

I ask You to fill me with a dream so huge that it is impossible for me to accomplish, a plan that I cannot complete on my own.

A dream that will only happen because of Your power and might.

I ask for a vision so big that it forces me to live always walking at Your side.

A dream is so big that if I should step away from You it would collapse without Your support.

I want a mission so unattainable that people laugh at me, but when the mission is accomplished only You get the credit.

I ask You, God, for a life that will require every part of me: every talent, ability, and experience.

I want a dream so impossible that a human mind would never have created it.

A dream so enormous that it could only come from the mind of God.

I want to be used up at the end of my life because I have given everything I had to You, God, and the mission You gave me.

I want to die totally empty, with nothing left but brittle bones because I gave all for You.

I will not settle for anything less than a ridiculously unattainable dream for my life in service to You. Amen”
