Cool! I like it! That's one of my favorite passages.

Although when I got to the part where he woke up, and his wife was asking about whether he was having a nightmare...that part didn't quite seem to fit. Even though he said he felt rested.

I think it would have been more logical for the guy to have been moving around all over the bed and kicking her to the floor in his sleep or something, LoL.

But good job!

This is an original and thought-provoking piece. It was a little jarring when he woke up, but I don't see it ending any other way. It might be good to cut it a little, but I really like the idea. Good! Lucile

Very interesting - not sure I really like that Bill was wanting to find a way out, but you explained that well enough.
Dialogue driven which you did well. Some kind of indicator to let the reader know Bill woke up would be helpful. It reads like a continuation of the dialogue. The flow is broken when you discover the scene has changed.

I agree with the previous reviewer, something has to indicate the change in dialogue from the dream to his wife waking him. Other than that interesting.
