Topic: ENTERTAIN (04/27/17)
Years ago, I attended a convention when I was in my early twenties. It took place in London, Ontario on the university campus. It was on a Victoria weekend, so all the students were already gone home.
I loved the convention. I especially loved the music the christian band was playing. They were a christian rock band. Oh boy, did I ever get emotional! I also danced to the music, and not only was I crying one night, and the next night, I also felt very happy.

I liked it when the minister spoke about Jesus, and his will for us. I was getting over a guy whom I fell in love with, and he didn't want anything to do with me, so I was able to focus on myself. During talent night, I also sang a song called "Set My Spirit Free," and I played "El Shaddi," on the piano. I did play a few songs the church I attended during the time the money was being collected in the plate by the congregation. I felt good, but I was afraid that I might be so nervous that I might do a mistake.

Music is a big part in my life. I play the keyboard at home, and I also played the piano before bible study started at the church I attended. It is wonderful that I have a gift from God to play an instrument.

That was a very nice devotional. I sensed a little fear in you wanting to express your inner feelings. Let it out in words. That is what it is all about. Tell us how you felt in words that will paint us a picture of your inner self.

Good job and let us see what you really feel next time. I know you really love the Lord and you can pass that along for others to see in "words". God bless.
