TITLE: Two Sisters and Me | Previous Challenge Entry

Struggles pressing on and so embitter,
I fall upon my knees and reawake.
Has it been that I have not considered?
I feel two sisters tugging in my heart.
I’m Martha when I let me get too stressed.
I wonder who’s the one to dress the part?
Then Mary pauses telling me I’m blessed.
When worries and such cares can take its toll,
I pray to hear His voice and seek His will.
The Lord surrounds me songs to free my soul.
Now Martha learns It’s time to get her fill.
His psalms and stories come alive in me.
For peace can’t hide when in His word I dwell.
I rest upon His feet, He sets me free.
My Mary whispers, sister, all is well.
¨You are my hiding place, you will protect me from trouble
And surround me with songs of deliverance. ¨Psalm 32:7 NIV
¨Martha, Martha,¨ the Lord answered, ¨you are worried and upset
about many things, but only one thing is needed, Mary has chosen
what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.¨ Luke 10:41 NIV

So many will relate to the duo capacities of both sisters, and this was a fresh way of approaching this scripture applying it to our lives. Excellent!
