security tightened, due to an enemy deranged,
set on my destruction, his plan that’s set in stone
to pass through my heart, without it being known;
In a war ancient as old Earth, a foe there with its first
shot it took at man that’s how its ground was cursed,
a lie that made it through minds which should have known
a weapon so deadly that Eve’s deed he should condone;
Like with Adam so it is today, Satan will try to get on board
our hearts which God to Heaven has surly destined toward,
but our foe hates us as much as the original garden couple
so he does his all, to enter with temptations so very supple;
Squeezing through our checkpoints, our defenses getting past
until he can get on board on our minds if it’s the last,
thing he does so God’s word we must know, see through every lie
spot on holy x-ray deadly weapons it warns will make us die;
Though we must deny suspicions, those evil against true brothers
we must at the same time not be ignorant of the others,
devices of old slue foot, to trip us up with his darts
and poison that which flows out of our unprotected hearts!
