It's leadership, I guess
They always run ahead
To show me where-
They show me where the "biffy" is,
Ane how to catch a bus,
And where to find
The best cafe that's there.
They run me through
The clothing stores
to find a pair of jeans
You know, the crotch that
hangs between the knees?
Then, when you're at the table,
getting ready to say grace,
They grab your hand
and give it one big squeeze.
Yes, leadership is handy
if you want to get around
You only have to give out two requests,
"Just tell me where you want to go"
"And what you want to do"
and, leadership,
You'll find it at it's best!
Just try to be a scout leader
or auction off some clothes
Or make the children sit
and read a while
And when you've done
these things for them
You'll know you're a success
If each and every one
still wears a smile!
