Each day Spirit’s Fruit should be tasted.
What task set before me demands first attention?
I stare but its hands still move slowly;
This day from its dawn has been wasted.
Dreams overwhelm inspiration,
My mind caught midst webs of loose thought.
Will clarity ever break through this blurred vision?
My mind lost in endless transition,
I must soon reach out for what’s sought.
In spite of the struggle to depart,
The anchor, though heavy, is raised.
What dream can begin led not by ambition?
A voyage of hope sails from the start,
As the One who reigns o’er me is praised.
Desire for more overcomes me,
Though my heart still battles with doubting.
Will my dreams be delight to the King of Creation?
Slowly awakens my heart to see,
It’s His dream this heart has been seeking!
Dusty dreams soon polished and built,
For this life we live on a mission.
How many live putting Love into action?
Flesh dies living life to the hilt;
Salvation comes into our vision.
Awaken your dreams and rise on wings;
Seize this day for all that was made.
Will workers arise to share His Resurrection?
With vision renewed we cut all strings.
No ties to the world defy His Blade.
The Kingdom draws near to the door;
It is put in your heart to remind.
Will the world be ready for His Final Redemption?
His call to all is to live for more;
To Live with the End in mind!
