Where we are weak,
There we are strong,
Only one Being
Can carry us long.
Strong when You fill us,
Not when You're quenched,
We'll sit on the sideline
Knowing we're benched.
Teach us to practice,
When in our plight,
Fill us up, Lord,
With glorious light.
Bolster the confidence,
Bolster the hope,
Minds on You, Lord,
At the end of our rope.
When hard to forgive and
Can't find the way,
“Give it to Me,”
Are the words that You say.
“Be My conduit,
Unclog the sin,
Confess right away,
I'll wash you again.
“I want to live through you,
Let others know Love,
Lay aside selfish,
Be filled with the Dove.
“You'll know it's not you,
Memories are still there,
But My peace will cover
The pain that you bear.
“Loving all people
You can't do alone,
I'll fill up your cup
Til I carry you home.”
'Fess the sins now
In His blood we are clean,
Strengthened in weakness
For His harvest to glean.
