Start Believing



And God said; “Let there be light!” Oh how far we’ve come since that day. Humans have equaled the grains of sand and stars of Heaven. Too numerous to count?

From that day, Almighty breathed life into man, from the start, there has been no end. No end to creation, no end to life, no end to death and no end to sin, good and evil.

When and where in our lives do we begin to believe in God? When and where in our lives do we begin to believe in our Lord and savior, Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, born of a virgin, who descended from Heaven to live on earth in human form, lived in perfection and died a tormented, pain riddled death to save us from our sins?

IN this complex labyrinth of life on this earth, we are predetermined to suffer. We all have a natural longing to know the answers to the “whys” of life. Why the suffering, why the pain, why the heartache, why the grief, why oh why all the death? Why does God, if He’s as loving, kind, merciful and gracious as the Bible says He is, does He allow such calamitous tragedies?

Belief is a funny word. Even the atheists and agnostics believe things that cannot be proven. Do we know there’s no end to space? Do we know there’s no end to numbers? We say we do, but can’t be factual because no one has ever been to the end to say there is an end.

There comes, time and time again in the life of every individual on the face of this earth, where a decision has to be made. There is a perpetual choice God gives us; His way, or “the other” way.

Everyday we choose to believe in one thing or another. God gives us another chance with every new day. The choice is a matter of life and death, start to finish.

The use of repetition in your second paragraph makes it almost a poem. Nice.
