now what a to do,
where will we fit them,
to prevent fights too.
We are joined by family
by parents and siblings,
aunts, uncles and cousins,
grandparents and grand-kids.
We cannot choose our relatives,
joined by blood or marriage,
but we can grow to love them
by constant interaction.
Some ethnic people have
different ways of relating,
those who can marry who,
those who should not be dating.
Animals do not mix species
except in rare cases,
like horse and donkey make
breeds like a mule.
Plant species can be mixed
to make a new explanation,
of shapes and colours
a new generation.
Plum and peach become nectarine,
pears and apple nashi pears,
relatives in the fruit world,
by man's ingenuity shared.
A relative is something like
another thing or item,
it may have things in common
or just no explanation.
Some things may be joined
by having things in common,
like water, mist and sea,
all containing moisture
Iron, silver or gold
are found in the earth,
they have a metal in common
or bring human worth.
Men mine for gold or opals
it becomes a crazy search,
some may make a fortune,
or others just a dearth.
