that I found out
I need not go...
To a place thats dark
and scary too,
to a place where I
cannot find you.
My Savior.
Then several years
they went on by,
& I found out
I must not lie.
That I should seek
and do my part,
that I should let you
change my heart.
My Lord.
I come to love you
more and more,
In you I found
I was secure.
Your love was more
than I had thought,
to my knees in awe
I had been brought.
My King
My trust it grew,
my life it changed...
so radically
was rearranged.
My needs provided
to run the race,
through ups and downs
We kept the pace!
My Provider
Your grace,
Your mercy,
and patience too...
Ready to show me
what I should do.
Your ready to listen
and ready to speak,
I’m never forsaken,
my strength when I’m weak.
My Friend
