With his guitar, in his hands,
Like a soldier with a lethal gun,
He dances on and on – on the stage.
His eager audience tranced
And mesmerized, he gyrates rythmically
Until he raises into a frenzy
Of a musical climax.
The subdued audience looks on,
In total admiration of this fitful singer
Whose melodies captivate their souls
Slithering trough their quenched fabric -
Galvanising some to dance to the tune,
And performing unrepeatable strokes
While others, simply, look or listen,
As if tranquilized or in stupor.
As the artist of nature,
Of himself vents out his emotions,
Likewise, he aids some of his audiences
To vent out their own innermost feelings.
And that, too, gives him better feelings
Of acme ecstasy and tranquility.
Was there anything so fair to mortal ear?
And there I was, in the audience
Opposite another admirer, smiling killingly
Especially after noticing a prey before her.
Her eyes, like a doll’s, she turned them:
East and west, north and south and, then, back.
Then, the charming lips went into action –
Dancing as if automated for a purpose
And, finally, into spasm of ecstasy.
A good feeling,
Like a gentle tickle, it is,
For, ecstasy, it brings
To entire body and soul.
A good feeling,
Like laughing gas, it is,
For laughter and joy,
It brings to my heart.
A good feeling,
Like a sweet kiss,
Depends on demand and supply
Which fondly interplays
Crystalising into action.
A good feeling,
Like mercury, in a thermometer,
Is able to defy gravity laws
For it moves from a tickled toe
Upwards to a tickled mind.
Like coca cola, it is a good feeling!
