Recently in Arizona, our conscience rights as Christians were taken away. If you are a baker or a photographer, you can not refuse a gay person if they want to get married. If you say no, it's considered discrimination. I like what Christine Powers said in a column printed on the Sun Herald website. "We cannot legislate against hurt feelings. We can only hope that people learn to accept one another. Until then, no one should be compelled to choose between a courthouse bench and a wooden pew."

There will be more and more evil in the world, so most people will stop showing their love for each other. Matthew 24:12 NCV

The first part of the verse talks about the condition of our world right now. We have people who are mocking God today just like they did to Noah when he built the ark. In 2014, there is wickedness on the earth, just like Noah experienced.

When the Son of Man comes, it will be like what happened during Noah’s time. Matthew 24:37 NCV

No matter where you stand on the issue of homosexuality, you should have the right to follow your conscience. I feel real sad because the church is being silent on cultural issues. Personally I feel that believers should be able to live out their faith.

Then people will arrest you, hand you over to be hurt, and kill you. They will hate you because you believe in me. Matthew 24:9 NCV.

What's the future for Christians? The verse in Matthew talks about Christians being arrested. Hopefully, it won't be like it was during the 1930s when the Jews were thrown into concentration camps. Hitler rounded up Jews because he saw them as undesirable. Today, some people might consider Christians undesirable. Sometimes I wonder if I'll be sent to some type of interment camp, because I name Jesus as my Lord.

We need to take a stand because religious freedom is being marginalized. If we don't fight we'll loose the right to talk to the lost about Jesus.

Dear Lord, we've been so blessed to our have freedom of religion. Please help us to wake up and fight to be able speak about Jesus in the public square. Give us wisdom how to talk to our unsaved friends about what you've done for us. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Well done. I don't agree with all you have said, but you did a good job of supporting your thoughts. I do agree that we should be concerned about the attacks on our personal freedoms.

Good topic, well written.

Tribulation will cultivate the faith of the strong or poison the faith of the weak. Will we grow or will we die? It will be up to us to prove our faithfulness.

James 1 says we should count it all joy when we experience trials. These are for our growth.

We should pray for each other.
