Adam and Eve were in the garden minding their own business when a snake came to Eve and tempted her to eat from the one tree that God had told them not to. He said that it would not hurt them but it would bring them closer to God. Eve believed him. First, Satan pretended to be a snake, then he deceived Eve.
Satan does this everyday in many ways. He plays upon our greatest fears and insecurities. He is the master of trickery and deceitfulness. God’s laws are no longer the laws of the Earth. Man’s laws have drifted away from their foundation into a web of charades. More and more people are out to get as much as they can without any thoughts to what it would cost other people. This is just another way that Satan masters.
If only they had that, then they would be happy, until the next thing came. It is a never- ending battle unless we realize what is of true importance. We must see past the charades. There is nothing in this world materialistically that we can keep. Why do we put so much importance on things that cost money? Why is value only measured in monetary? When you look past the temptations into God’s word, you see that love is the greatest thing we could accomplish. There is no monetary value, no measurements, no supply and demand. It is overflowing and yet so many people live without it.
One of the biggest charade’s Satan plays is to make people feel unloved. Well, if he loved you then he would… No one would ever love you. You’ll never be worth anything. The list goes on and on and no one can say they have not felt unloved or made someone else feel unloved at some point in their lives.
The only way to win in the deadliest game of charades is to protect yourself with the truth. Whenever you feel Satan’s trickery, combat it with the Word of God. Anything you may start to believe is in the Bible. You are loved, forgiven, and free. Through God, you are worthy and wanted. Do not let Satan turn your life into a travesty.

I'd encourage you to avoid starting an entry with a definition (or two). Most people know what those words mean, and there are far more compelling "hooks" to draw readers in. Try something short, or shocking, or action-filled, to make them want to read on.

Love is the best thing to keep us from making a mess of things, as you rightly say - our lives, without God to bail us out, would be one continual bad mess.
