Double Life

I walked confidently,
Spoke eloquently,
Laughed loudly,
Loved caotiously, but
Trusted no one.

I did many things that a few would shy away from,
I dared to dream and begin with that dream,
I fell and failed a few times,
Got rejected a few times,
Cried hard when things were not going my way, but
People saw something in me.

Although I felt insecured inside,
Too sensitive to criticism,
Got crushed by rejection,
Always was abnormal rather than normal,
Compared myself to others, and
Was cynical about love,
Somehow my exterior showed a different kind of picture.

The way that I spoke, showed people that I was confident,
The way that I dared to begin a dream.showed people that I was courageous,
There was fear but it did not deter me.

Although most of what I did, was not what I felt,
I simply spoke and told my life's story by the way that I did.
What counts in this big world of ours is what one does.
If you are not happy,be happy on the outside, it will surely with time transform the inside.
Our hearts may condemn us, but God Judges us by what we do.
With every act, there is a reaction.
People see what you do and not what is inside,
Therefore if love and joy be inside of you share it with the world,
If sadness and despair be inside you, aspire for joy and welcome it by what you do.
As the saying goes,"Fake it until its real!"
