Topic: Write in the POETRY genre (05/17/07)
I wrote the below poem while thinking about how we as Christians all don't realize all the potential power that we have within us that we just don't access. So many Christians complain and mumble and don't realize that when Jesus died on that cross we all were given power, power over sickness, over the enemy, to move mountains.Not to mention the creator of the earth love you enough to listen to you! Please enjoy.

I am a crystal
I shimmer and shine
priceless and valued
brilliantly fine
yes, I am a crystal
with a wonderful light
every hair accounted for
able to walk without sight
My words have power
they can bring things to pass
did you hear me?
My words have power
there is no hard task.
My prayers have meaning
I am stronger then 20 men
just by believing
I am a crystal
and I have the key
because I am a Christian
God lives in me.

Your work meant so much to me, as the Lord has been dealing with me about those very things; how valuable each of us are and how He is able to do "exceeding abundantly above all we ask or think" if we'll only put Him first. The thing we absolutely cannot lack is courage! You did beautiful job, and thank you so much for reminding us.

Thank for you putting forth this extremely important message. Even as Christians we constantly forget that we 'can do all things through Christ.' At some point we have to take the step toward becoming true believers, and this is a most integral part of it.
