Let me define what a true friendship grows into over time.

F equals forgiving.
R equals release.
I equals I'll always love you despite your iniquities.
E equals encouragement through your circumstance.
N equals never ending, it says I'll always give you a chance.
D equals defining all the goodness in you.
S equals sharing what I'm going through too.
H equals helping to get past your pain.
I equals intercedeing when you're under pressure and strain.
P equals purity that can never be bought.
A true friendship says I love you with all my heart.

Isn't true friendship a great thing? We really need to appreciate and hold our friends in high esteem, being careful not to lose them. Thanks for sharing yours.

This was very sweet, but I just wanted to leave a quick note to let you know that unfortunately we had to disqualify it due to its word count. The minimum word count is 150 words, and your lovely little piece came in at just 96. This was a really nice little acrostic. You did a nice job with the subject. I'm sorry your piece was too short, but I do hope you will continue to submit your work.

This would be so cute at a Friendship Tea. If each lady had a letter and then recited what you have written their letter to mean.
