I loved this story! I enjoyed the colorful dialog and descriptions of individual children, as well as the powerful message. I felt as though I were right there in the classroom!

I didn't see the "religion in schools" conflict coming, as the dialect of the speakers suggested to me a country schoolhouse setting that I first imagined taking part in the past. But I enjoyed the element of suspense and spiritual warfare--as well as the strong and innocent faith expressed by some of the children. Great job!

always enjoy reading good dialogue
Thanks for sharing a powerful story! I especially enjoyed the sentence, "I was ready to give up on life when the Teacher reached out and changed my heart." Without "teacher love," none of us would have any hope. Blessings on your writing!

Welcome to FaithWriters, and thanks for this great first entry!
Teacher Love - Jesus is the all time great Teacher! Your entry makes for a great read. Next time if you could put spaces between your paragraphs it will be easier on the eyes.

May the Lord continue to guide your quill as you write to glorify HIM!
