'My prayers are not a waste of time!',
Says my brain, to this heart of mine.
The Lord above, I know He hears,
And every tear of mine, He holds so dear.
Any doubts I have, they may try to interfere,
But once again, I know He hears!
The enemy, he will consistently lie,
By telling me repeatedly, that I am wasting my time!
But I know, my Lord, up above, near and far,
He hears me cry out to Him, up through the stars!.
His Word speaks, True life and
Words of strength, power and love,
That only can come from the Trinity, the three in one!
Yes, I proclaim to you all, that are here in this place!
Prayers are being constantly answered,
Everywhere, with His powerful grace!
So, I say to all those that believe prayers are a waste. . .,
Only the Lord, up above, can give you mercy and grace!

I don't know much about poetry but it seems it might flow a little better if you were to take out some of the unnecessary words and keep the syllable count more consistent.
the inclusion of battle of the mind from the enemy was powerful and oh so true!
