The phrase used today, when asking someone how they are doing, their response would be an uneventful day. Maybe for those in the secular world. But the life of a born- again believer, every day is an eventful day, weather negative or positive. 1 Peter 4:12 Dear friends, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeals that has come to test you as though something strange were happening to you. I am taken back with thoughts of the work as a caregiver.
I have worked with men challenged with Alzheimer’s, others challenged with sundowners not knowing if it’s day or night. Living with either of these conditions would bring about a lot of eventful days or moments of trial. Not remembering a grandchild, or in some cases a son or daughter. No comparison can or should be made here, this is a serious sickness and it takes away everything from its victim. Having worked a life time put together retirement plans and never get to really enjoy or implement them. Forgetting the face of the love one having been married thirty, forty years. Children and grandchildren having to become caregivers and witness the slow painful deterioration, mentally and physically of a mother or father.
It can be a trial just going back to work, because we get attached to people and their families, during these difficult times. A having done it for so long it wears on you, from a mental state, wondering how it will be for me. That’s why faith is so important, it gives me the assurance that no matter what I have to face Jesus said He would never leave or forsake me. So let them come, victory is already assured.

Your writing would benefit from some help with editing and proofreading. It is very difficult to read our own writing objectively and see the flaws and errors. I read my pieces over and over and seem to change something all the time. It is hard work but very satisfying. Keep up the good work.
