ADD TO MY FAVORITES
To want less would be quite absurd.
So more money is always good.
Aim for that goal we could and should.
Also, there is power and fame.
Many think that should be our aim.
We should look on the other hand.
Less is better we understand.
Sometimes we need to lose some weight.
To lose an addiction is great.
There are bad habits we should loose,
To get rid of entirely, choose,
Like impatience, gossip, envy,
Insisting your own way should be.
Irritation and resentment
No good thing will be evident.
More forgiving we need to be.
If God's forgiveness we would see.
Gideon's story as we know,
The glory of God most surely did show.
Gideon felt his army too small.
God said reduce it, after all.
Three hundred were the right amount
To show God's power paramount.
More dedication to Jesus,
More humility is a plus.
Courage to witness every day
By what we think, do and say.
Add more prayer and Bible study.
These additions will blessing be.
More love for God our aim should be.
Blessing and joy we then will see.
