“You pet me, feed and love me
You must be God!”-bow, Wow!
Cats have staff; dogs have master
Cats and dogs
See how they speak
about our relationship
with our Lord
and teach us discipleship
Cats and dogs
See how they behave
Cats expect to be waited on, “My will be done!”
while dogs will wait on their Master,
“Your will be done.”
Cats and dogs
See how they pray
Cats dare, “Dear Lord, help us to build our kingdom.”
But dogs affirm, “Lord, we have faith in You
that You’ll advance your kingdom.”
Cats and dogs
See how they praise
Cats sound like this:
“Praise God for great things You’ve done for us.”
Dogs will sing,”Thou art worthy!”; “How Great Thou Art!”
Cats and dogs
see how they treat their God
This is how cats see things :
“Look, Lord, You’d be glorified -if You answered our prayers!”
But, dogs will ask, “What will bring God more glory?”
Most of us are Cats that are Dogs at times
and Dogs that are Cats sometimes
Let God transform us to true Dogs
Give Him the glory He deserves
Lord, shine on us, we pray
