Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre. And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus.
And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments: And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead? - Luke 24:1-5, KJV

This was the account of the resurrection of Jesus as recorded in the gospel according to Luke. Mary Magdalene and Mary, the mother of Jesus with some other women had come to anoint Jesus' corpse, as usual. But, on this day, they met an empty grave. The stone that covered the tomb had been rolled away and instead of a dead Jesus, the women saw men in shining clothings. The announcement of a lifetime was made; a message of hope delivered:

"He is not here, but is risen: remember how He spake unto you when He was yet in Galilee,
Saying, The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again." - (Luke 24:6-7, KJV)

A message of hope to all that will believe in the saving grace of the Lord Jesus. This is not some hype; to anyone who believes in the Lord Jesus as Lord and personal Savior, the same is given the power (authority, right, privilege, ability) to become a child of God.

One of these is the ability to rise after a fall. We might stagger and fall, but staying down and laying low is not Christly. We carry the ability to get up, dust off and race on.

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. - I John 1:9, KJV.

To lay down and crawl in the place we fall, knowing that God will always forgive if we turn to Him, is cowardice not weakness because the scripture tells us that it is in our weakness that the strength of God is made perfect.

And He said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for My strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. - II Corinthians 12:9, KJV.

Where there is sin, grace abounds. Everytime we seek God, He doesn't number our sins and call us by them; He blots, erases them, sets us free and calls us by His Name. Friends, don't lie waste in sin; rise and begin again, walking among the living.

And to you that the world has rumbled and ruffled, even the dead bones shall rise again. You have been locked up in captivity for so long, you need a way out; you gotta let the Lord have His way in your life. They have asked,

Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the lawful captive delivered? - Isaiah 49:24, KJV.

But thus saith the Lord, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children. And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I the Lord am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.

What can I say? Anybody wanna make a come back of all times, 'you can do all things through Christ Who strengthens you. Hey, I didn't say that. It is also in the scripture.

I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ's sufficiency]. - Philippians 4:13, AMP.
