I liked your story. Few spelling errors, and would have been a little easier to read, separating paragraphs. Keep writing though-I seen a good story here.
God bless ya, littlelight

You had plenty of words left--I'd love to see this story expanded. Show us his desparation, more of his attempts to survive, more of his internal dialog...even in this very short story, you made me care about him. A longer story (broken into paragraphs) would be a real gripper!

Wow. I love this part:
“Danny fell to his knees, strength escaping his body, and he cried. For sure, he would die out here in this winter, this horrid season that was taking his soul away, he thought about his brother. Jonathan was a Christian man, and for years had tried to get Danny to accept Jesus into his heart. Now, in this most dire time, his mind rushed back to Jonathan and Jesus. With his arms outstretched, reaching for heaven, Danny begged Jesus to find him, help him out of this mess.”
Thank you for Sharing. God’s Blessing to you on the Win. Helen

Honesty first; due to no paragraphing - I dropped out early. Sorry! I may come back and try again...but I'm trying to read many in a short time.

I can see the blizzard that Danny has encountered as his living without God. When he remembers Jonathan and Jesus, a light emerges and he is able to give thanks. Good story.
