The splash of spittle healed the blind man.
Jesus wept (John 11:35 ESV).
The splash of a teardrop showed Christ’s humanity.
Then Mary took about a pint of pure nard, an expensive perfume; she poured it on Jesus’ feet and wiped his feet with her hair (John 12:3a ISV).
The splash of nard shows a friend’s love.
