Health are closely entwined, it's factual.
In the Bible, we should love God, we find,
With our heart, our soul and our mind.
Our body a temple is
Where the Holy Spirit lives.
God wants us to get proper rest.
Our sins to Him should be confessed.
Our daily bread should healthy be.
Temperance is a vital key.
Even when physical ills come
He will help us to overcome.
Bible Study and daily prayer
Are good, anytime, anywhere.
An attitude of gratitude
Causes our joy to be renewed.
Avoidance of feelings of fear
Cause negative symptoms to appear.
Our feelings we must own and face.
This can be done within God's grace.
Jesus said truth will set you free,
A promise there for you and me.
We do need to think with our minds,
Thoughts of the heart, a vital kind.
Humanity needs to worship,
With our God to fellowship.
We then can love our neighbor too,
And show this love by what we do.
So the health of heart, soul and mind
Only with God's help we will find.
As it is with the Trinity,
This will remain a mystery.

The only things I might suggest would be break it into verses and double space to give the reader the important white space. Also at the end you may have wanted to reference the Bible verse where it says Jesus says the truth will set you free(John 8:32)
It was right on topic. I also thought it was quite clever how you often made three distinct things in some lines. Very nice.
