Topic: Empty Nester/Retirement (from work) (09/10/09)
Wonder what I would do after I retire. I have heard a dozen plans from different people. Some want to spend the rest of their days on an island with enough money to get by without worrying for nothing. Others want to retire knowing fully well that they have a bank account that can see them through many years to come and also put their children through school and lifetime. Hmmm... thinking about it, retirement seems like a far away island for me. Honestly, I haven't really thought about it. But I would love to retire in a comfortable house, with a husband, grown kids... may be grandchildren... you never can tell... as the CEO of a publishing firm. That's about it I guess. I might have other ideas in a couple of years time, but for now, that's it.

Sure wished you would have used more words to tell me your wishes for retirement. You must be young. It must seem forever away for you. :) Enjoy the times now before you get there and keep on writing!

Good ideas here. More descriptions might help. Keep writing.
