Heartbreak after heartbreak happened as Anna tried to commit suicide by various forms. There was the slitting of the wrists, alcohol poisoning, drug trial and then the worst. Unable to get the job done she provoked a fellow officer during a drunken night of entertaining. Thankfully, the man in uniform still had sense about him. Upon pointing the revolver at her forehead and pulling back the hammer began to yell, “are you that stupid you would waste your life and defile the lives that have left before you?” Walking up to her with his finger on the trigger, “if you want out that bad, you are going to have to do it yourself.”
One night, among many, a party had gone too far. There were drugs, alcohol and promiscuity, which normally ended in hangovers, vomit and headaches. This time a higher power intervened in the coupling of two service people enjoying a drunken engagement after an intensive stormy argument. Anna did not realize that night, she was no longer alone.
Had Anna been paying attention to the one person who has loved her unconditionally she would have not partaken in the festivities that brought tears to His eyes. An intervention had taken place that saved a life from a lifestyle of destructive shame or an endless act of execution. That particular hangover was the worst one she had ever seen and changed more lives than just her own.
Nine months later, Faith Destiny was received into this world and placed in the arms of her mother. A mother sober for seven months, upon learning the state of her constant sickness and endless queasiness spells. How the tears rained upon the day. There were tears of joy from the heavens and the family who loved Anna so much opened their hearts to her daughter Faith. Two miracles had taken place that night. Anna no longer partied and Faith brought a new life for Anna to live for. Anna’s life was no longer haunted by death.
