Allow Him to “spring clean” that room.
He, who is filled with such great love,
Will help clear out clutter and gloom.
Some things, He urges us to throw away;
But He replaces each one with great care.
He’ll fill that spot with His fragrance of love,
Where anger and unholy thoughts were there...
Many of our old, harmful habits
Seem to lose the glitter of their charm.
When there is a struggle to let go,
Just rush into your Saviors strong arms!
There’s comfort found in Gods guidebook,
As we study to learn His Ways.
We’ll learn new things He has promised,
Giving Him control of our days.
We often think that “spring cleaning” is done,
But, as God guides us in each new step,
We learn that life is continual growth,
And it’s only by His grace we are kept.
He’ll fill our lives with His gifts of love,
Urging us to pass His gift along
Our “inward”, begins to show “outward”,
As other lives are filled with Gods song!
