We all enter this game the same way, each and every one of us. We come to earth through the birth canal.
HEY! STOP PUSHING ME! I don't want to leave this place of comfort. They did not listen to me, and I came our screaming, kicking my legs and flailing my arms. Who are these creatures? They are all dressed in strange coverings and I can only see their eyes, but they really have not hurt me, but I am scared. One caught me and handed me over to another one who took something and wiped it all over me. The put something on my chest and listened through a long tube they had stuck in their ears. The next thing I know I am being wrapped in a something they called a blanket and I was screaming, "I want my Mommy"... These creatures could not hear me but they seem to be caring.
I was safe inside my Mommy, safe and comfortable, but now I am so afraid. What is going on? Then they placed me in the familiar arms of my mommy and I felt safe again. Mommy held me close so I quit kicking and flailing my arms and then she began to feed me and I thought all is well now. I am back in my comfort zone.
When I awoke from a very peaceful sleep, I was again in a strange place. Nothing looked or felt familiar to me and again I was scared so I began to cry loudly. "Mommy", of course no one heard me say Mommy, 'cause I could not form words, just sounds, but somehow "mommy" knew I called her and she came, took me in her arms and I rested my head on her shoulder and all was well again.
This continued for a while and as "Mommy" kept telling me 'everything is going to be alright ' I began to relax and then when I moved my legs and arms it was for exercise rather than from fear and anxiety. Later I learned I could sit up and crawl. Wow! This is neat, look at all this stuff, I wonder what it taste like? I began to explore my new surroundings and tasting everything I could get my hands on, some was good, some was not so good. Learning to walk was a blast. At first I had to have help with someone holding my hands to keep me steady but finally I tried it on my own. I was so pleased with myself that when I fell down I looked at my Mommy and with a grin said "I haul down"...then I pulled myself up and tried again with success.
As I began to grow and learn more and more of my surroundings, I kind of liked it a lot. I had already forgotten my original existence and was moving forward with my new season of life.
The progression of kindergarten, grade school, middle school and high school is too detailed to describe in this writing. Then out in the world economy, experiencing life at its best and worst, again in a new environment, exploring, making choices and reaping the results of my choices. Life on earth goes on.
I have another season in my future that once I enter that season it will last for all eternity.
You see, life is not a game...it is a journey.
