The door was shut,
And I was trapped!
He grabbed my dress
And before my brain worked it out,
His hands moved very fast.
It dawned on me,
From the look of hunger in his eyes,
That he was ready to ‘devour’ me.
He was dying to rape me!
That was why he lured me inside.
But how could he?
He was like a sweet brother.
More than a friend, he was.
I pleaded and begged,
But he was out of his mind.
Lust had overpowered him.
And he was stronger than usual.
He threw me on the bed like a towel.
I struggled for freedom,
Amidst blows and slaps.
It was a war- a civil war!
But I wasn’t ready to give up.
I never would.
Not while I lived!
All of a sudden,
He drew the syringe into my left arm.
And before I could scream louder,
I felt weak and groggy.
He had drugged me,
Just for his selfish motive.
And for a long wild moment,
I was like a useless animal.
The rape was wild and cruel.
I was barely conscious,
But I knew I was in pain.
While he had his fun.
After his ordeal,
With ragged breath,
He hit me again – several times,
Till I passed out.
And threw me out of the building
Like an old rag.
The memory lingers.
It haunts my consciousness.
And tortures my sub-consciousness.
Will I ever be free?
Will the memory cease?
Will the memory heal?
