As a Christian that is in the depths of turmoil, I know if I have nothing else, I have God. God is all we need and all we should count on.
Jehovah is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; My God, my rock, in whom I will take refuge; My shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower.
(Psalms 18:2 ASV)
Is it not wonderful that God is our Rock, our Fortress, and our Deliverer? In a world where we are condemned because we love the Lord our God we can take to heart that God will give us the strength that we need. I highly recommend to each and every person that is going through difficult times to study and take to heart Psalm 91. It has blessed as deeply when we have felt we were under attack.
It does not matter if the attacks are spiritual or if they are from people in our lives. God is there and we just have to trust in Him and ask for His strength and wisdom to get through the trials. The Lord is faithful.

In a piece with this title, you might consider expanding more on the "Rock" aspects of our Savior; extending the metaphor with some specific examples. And be careful of using "that" for "who" in a few places.
