Free to love, free to live
Free to worship, free to give
Free to care for those in need
Not just by words, but also in deed
Free to show you what He does for me
Because there’s a lot that comes with being F-R-E-E
Free to break barriers and bust in walls
And with a sling and a stone, make giants fall
To receive the promise that He’s spoken to me
To overcome the snares set up to trap me because
He protects me from dangers even the ones I don’t see
When I’m down and at times, my way I don’t see
I’ll remember all the times that He’s carried me
By the mention of His name, seven ways the devil flees
Free to live beyond my circumstance
Its sweet freedom that gives me this chance
To be in awe of the life was taken from He
And not take for granted the life that was given to me
