The ride seemed long as we turned off the paved road onto one made of soil. The car bounced as the tires fell deep into the pot holes. We were thrown around like a ship in a torrent at sea. Finally it subsided as the country lane smoothed. I noticed as I gazed out the window, it was like getting a glimpse of heaven, it appeared much different than my home in the city. The trees seemed to be alive with color as the wind gently stroked her green leaves. Her trunk was a stately grey and its branches stretched forth praising its maker.

Its beauty flooded my eyes as I absorbed its riches. I gently melted into the seat as I pondered. There was only one artist capable of creating such as this. His delicate brush strokes, they flowed effortlessly across the flawless blue sky. The fields were dressed with exquisite wildflowers and the wheat wore laurels of gold. I envisioned myself wearing a crown of righteousness, standing in the midst of this sea. I was a masterpiece a work of art, created for this special day.

Suddenly, I was thrown forward, as father brought the car to a halt. A mother and her fawns darted in front of us, narrowly escaping. They looked like they came from heaven for only my eyes to see. It was a special moment, seeing a real deer. In the city we don’t have them and he brought them by for me. Today’s been the best day ever, as my eyes were opened wide. The master drove me out here to show me, all his works of art.
