Exactly, what am I supposed to do? I study every day. I pray every day. I spend hours with others explaining the Scripture. They seem to understand. Why don’t I?
A Christian brother once told me I should preach. I tried that. Twenty minutes is just not enough time for me. I guess preaching isn’t my thing. I wish I knew what was.
Choir is nice. The hymns are especially meaningful when you know the history behind them. You do know why “It is Well with My Soul” was written, don’t you? No? There was this guy….

Eleven adults showed up last night. I was stunned. I didn’t realize so many were interested in a study on evangelism. Maybe my gift is evangelism?
Read it? I’ve memorized it! “The Purpose Driven Life” was a great book. Maybe I am just trying too hard. Maybe I am not seeing the “forest for the trees”. Lord, would you please just show me my gift?
