“I’ve read this over and over. God, where do you want me to go and what do you want me to do?”
“You just read it; don’t you understand?”
“Yes, but I need clarification. Since I am going to be a missionary, I need a clear definition of my job description.”
“Okay, here it is; GO!”
“That’s it? What do you mean, GO?”
“It means to move toward an object or place with an intended purpose.”
“Great, now we’re getting somewhere. So, where do I go?”
“Does it matter?”
“Of course it does. I need to know where you want me to go.”
“What did you read?”
“Well, let’s see; it says to go into all the world.”
“There you go.”
“But, I can’t go into all the world. I’m only one person and I don’t have that much time or money.”
“You are in error. It wasn’t written just to you. It was written to anyone that believes in me. And, it does not matter how much time you have or how much money you have because every ability, every breath you take and all your resources come from me, not you.”
“I’m sorry, but I’m still no further along than when we first started.”
“Let me ask you something. Where would you like to go?”
“We’ll, I haven’t given it much thought, but I think I would like to go to Africa.”
“Which part.”
“Oh, I don’t know, maybe Zimbabwe.”
“Why?”
“I’ve heard a lot about it and I think it would be a cool place to go.”
“Okay, go.”
“What do I do there?”
“What did you read?”
“Preach the gospel.”
“There you go.”
“To whom?”
“Everyone.”
“Okay, let’s not go there again. Let’s see; I’m going to Africa; Zimbabwe specifically and I am going to preach the Gospel to everyone. Is that about it?”
“Sounds like you have it all figured out. Have a good time and I’ll talk to you later.”
“Wait, God, aren’t you going with me? I can’t do it alone.”
“You’ve gotten this fare without me, so I figure you can do this too.”
“You mean, you don’t want me going to Africa and preaching the gospel?”
“I’ll answer with a question. Is your next door neighbor a Christian?”
“I, I’m not sure. I don’t really know him that well.”
“What if you start there and then we’ll talk about Africa!”

What I might change - a typo here and there:)) MAybe italicize God's words for clarity...other than that - I loved it!
