There could have been utter destruction in the heavenlies were it not for my Father.
He always had a way of organizing and making things come together for good.
He is wonderful like that.
Sometimes He causes the lights and the stars to dance and perform such incredible aerobatics that even I am amazed.
In the beginning, I mean the very beginning, he created the heavens and the earth…and it was a mess with darkness…
Then He said, “Let there be light….and there was light.”
He is wonderful like that.
Then he took a space and placed it between the waters and called it heaven.
Now would I kid you about a thing like that?
Somehow I never understood how He could just talk it up. I mean, His words just fashioned the most awesome stuff…like day and night, dry land and seas, trees and plants, and yes, even those little creatures that go bump in the night.
He is wonderful like that.
Anglers have my Dad to thank for all those trophies and awards for the fish they catch.
Why, if my dad hadn’t put it all together, we would be eating seaweed at Red Lobster.
My dad is just amazing like that.
Today when you sit and stare into space and wonder about things, just remember that it was my dad that made that laser show possible.
And when one of those shiny stars fall from the sky, He didn’t drop it, He was just saying hello to you in a glorious kind of way.
Just know this……the whole earth is full of His glory and the heavens declare His mighty works….
And don’t you ever forget…….He is just wonderful like that.
