As it is with history, time advances, life experience continues, we age, experience loss and gain, all propelling us to begin again; over and over again, we begin again.
Repeated goals with refreshed intent, driven by propagated slogans, moves us to a place we have frequented many times prior. All the while, lurking in the shadow, the unobtained; the endless reminder, it will not work or last.
Mentally guarded, we effort to change the outcome. Slowly, bargaining with ourselves, the attempt is made to secure the new, the different. Rigorous energy pours into the renewed goal; furiously scrambling to prove the shadow inaccurate.
Results laggardly present, amidst our waning resolve. Disbelief consumes each expenditure. The lurking shadow dominates our vision, projecting defeat of victory. Garnered forfeit ensues. Immutability appears paired with the shadow.
Undauntable surrender is essential in shadow dissolution. Search the soul. Relinquish the shadow. Transplant the new, the different. Shower it with life and savor the fresh start.
