Lord, I trust in Your understanding.
I obey You without my planning.
I live for You daily wholeheartedly.
Your love never parts from me!
The Light of Your Presence is real.
Its reassurance, I yearn to feel.
It gives me continual reinforcement.
Your Light, I trust for my fulfillment!
I trust not in my thinking that's frail.
Compared to Your Word it does pale.
I obey and follow You all of my days
Blessed on earth and in heaven always!
You are my God, my Heavenly Father.
I submit to You as Your loving Son.
Jesus is my guiding Light, no other.
We trust and obey and it is done!
In The Bible all Your promises are true.
I claim them by faith trusting in You.
I obey what's in Your life-giving Word,
The most beautiful words I ever heard!
Jesus showed the best example of trust
By obeying His Father and dying for us.
We trust and die to self by obeying Him.
It's the way we show love again and again!
I trust that I can share this Good News.
If I do not share, many lives may loose.
"Let His Light shine before it is too late.
Let's trust and obey," I lovingly state!

I might suggest that you not use as many exclamation points because your word selection is wonderful and does the exclaiming for you. Also, in this case, Heaven and Earth are proper nouns so should start with a capital. (I realize those things may be a stylistic choice in poetry, but I wanted to share my thoughts.) Also, you had loose (rhymes with goise) not lose, which a good proofreader might spot for you.
Although the guidelines suggest that you not use the topic for your title, you did a great job of presenting the topic throughout the entire piece. I can feel your love and commitment to Jesus in this well-written poem.
