Conversation with God is prayer
And it can be anywhere.
Morning, noon, night, in between,
God in His grace will intervene.

Jesus gave a prayer to help us.
Praying it is always a plus.
Now praise is an important part
To thank the Lord with all our heart.

God wants us to confess our sin.
He will forgive and enter in.
For others we should intercede
And pray for what our loved ones need.

Pray without ceasing we are told.
God His blessing will not withhold.
Listening is important too
For God to tell us what to do.

Be patient for the answer now
God's timing is the best somehow.
Sometimes He answers yes or no.
Never is He early or slow.

He may not change the circumstance,
But changing us is what He grants.
His plan is always best we know.
He will help us to change and grow.
